Haruka couldn’t say she disliked this place at all, for all that it was unfamiliar. Perhaps the fire earlier had been… a bit concerning, and her normally fluffy hair did seem a little matted and damp, but in the larger scale of things, not so bad really, was it? There were comfortable places to sit and rest here. Not that she could rest much, when thinking about the welfare of the others…
She noticed Melvin in the corner of her eye, and since she’d not talked to him much yet, she made her way over to him. Thankfully, he spoke first, so she didn’t have to worry that she was going to spook him or anything.

“Hehe… Well, it depends what you mean. These chairs are ones you can sit on, and not big fluffy creatures, so that makes a bit of sense. But I can’t rule out that one might be one of these sharks in disguise.”
Come to think of it, she’d never seen a real shark. These ones were much nicer than the stories she’d heard though.
