Walking around their new surroundings; of which they’ve had many over the past… golly, what has it been? 4 Hours? Maybe? Has certainly left Dexter both fulfilled, yet Listless.
Sure, he’s seen more variations in biome that he usually gets to in a month, but he can’t help shake the feeling of the situation being wrong. Especially when his colleagues, the group of people who he was tasked with surviving alongside… well…
They were certainly some characters, thats for sure. Not that Dexter didn’t have his own quirks (He’s self aware enough to admit that) but he had found himself to the wayside, a little. He wasn’t the most social person after all, and he was seldom one for recreational fighting. Not in a death game, at the very least.
He found himself, after just aimlessly wandering for a bit, coming upon Arty driving off.
“Ah, Hello, Miss Takenaka.” he begins, appearing from behind a palm tree. “It seems you’re safe from the shipwreck, that is good to see.” He nods. “Shipwrecks themselves are quite serious, you know. Even if you know how to swim, with no land, you’d fatigue yourself in no time. And then there’s the starvation… it is quite lucky this island is here! Though, that may be the divine design of the train itself… Ah, im rambling again.”
He takes a seat a respectful distance away from the teen. He’s not sure what to say. Well, if he wants to be more social, he figures he ought to at least try!
“Can I ask you a… strange question, perhaps?”
