After scouring the beach with Taran, getting bombarded with coconuts by Jack, and an uncomfortable encounter with Atsuko, Fenna decided to take some time to herself. She wasn’t sure exactly what would be on her tape, but judging by some of the reactions she’d seen from the others, she wasn’t too eager to find out. Not to mention the killing game, though hypothetical for the moment, that weighed heavier on her mind with each passing car…
Yeah, she needed to get away. The weather was nice here, and there was plenty of space, with no bumbling shark plushies to intrude on her privacy. Thus, after walking for several minutes to a deserted spot on the beach, Fenna thought sunbathing would be a nice way to kill some time. The odds that someone would actually come across her lounging half-naked in the sand were pretty low, right?
No less than a half-hour later did somebody do exactly that. At least it wasn’t Abel? She looked up at the woman from where she’d been lying face down on the shore, head propped up on one arm.
“Ah– do ya need somethin’, dear?”
