Vinzent wasnât even aware that Jack managed to snatch his own water bottle, that he hasnât touched for days, mind you. He was still too unfocused on anything, really. So yet again, the conversation between Viper and Jack did not reach his mind at all. He heard it, but not entirely.
âŠ
So. When Viper dumped the water on him?

That really looked like it snapped him out of the deep thoughts he was haunted with. With quite some blinking, he had to resituate himself, to realize that, uh. Theyâre on the beach. And two. What was shown before⊠Isnât even here anymore. He doesnât know how but⊠He was kind of grateful for not being in that specific bathroom anymore. That said, being water dumped as a surprise wasnât an uncommon prank, nor did he really mind, but in this context⊠He was perplexed.

âWhat the h-ll, you guys.â
⊠Speaking of being water dumped, this place reminded him a bit of beach trips, minus the whole murder motivation.
Perhaps Viper and Jack could hear a slight chuckle. And they could see a slight smile, too, although this was more directed at Viper,
âIf this place wasnât omnious as f*ck, Iâd have willingly splashed water back. ⊠Sorry that you had to see me like that.â
And about thatâŠ

â⊠Did you really see everything?â
He might look more put together as of now, but one can imagine that despite the appearance, he was still fragile emotionally. But Vinzent didnât want to keep that spiraling down going anymore, so he had to try pulling himself back together for his own sake. Because it was in the past. It was over. It hasnât happened again.
