Even with a knife-wielding madwoman blocking his path, Plart pulled to a very calm stop. The cheap fluorescent lights glinted off his sunglasses as he dealt her what must have been a stern and steely look.
Viper “Ya might wanna reconsider. Or ya gonna see a much worse side’a me. I’ll give ya one chance ta change ya mind. If ya don’t by tomorra…I’m comin’ ta make ya life [heck].”

“Officer Recruit Yamabe. I don’t take kindly to threats, but I’m only a Denizen, and an officer at that. This car isn’t about me. It’s about you.”

“I won’t be changing my mind, because that won’t help you understand what role you try to play, could play, should play…”
He managed to stop looking dramatically into the middle distance. Ahem.

“I will, of course, be issuing a demerit for threatening bodily injury. I can’t say how much a little time reflecting on yourself will help you, but at least you won’t be a threat to the peaceful people of this mall.”
And yes, since Viper had already been to jail, it only took one demerit to poof her back now. Whoops.
